Do you have a passion for Personal Shopping? Are you also passionate about Back of house operations?

We are looking for a Personal Shopping Coordinator within our exclusive BY APPOINTMENT department, to focus on operations tasks and procedures for an assigned Private client manager.

The successful candidate will learn all operational processes, and be fully trained on all till functions and complex transactions. This will also include dispatch procedures, export procedures including preparation of CITIES, COO, MIB, VAT invoices, creating client VAT form etc, alterations, dynamic currency conversion, china union payment card, Wechat pay and special handling of merchandise.

You will be proactive and capable of working with minimum guidance, but also possess the teamwork skills to work with your team to achieve group KPIs and improve customer service as a whole.

The successful candidate must have outstanding attention to detail, be a confident communicator, and possess the ability to multi-task and prioritise different responsibilities.
Senior Systems training and knowledge of both Microsoft Office and our systems (SAP, InTouch, and BI) would be ideal, but if necessary we will provide training to build your skill set. 

Previous experience in a fast-paced luxury retail role would be advantageous. 
Ideally, you will be flexible and able to work irregular hours when required, including weekdays and weekends. 

The BY APPOINTMENT department provides a service for high-profile clientele, therefore discretion is of the essence. You will have a focus on consistently providing excellent customer service and ensuring our clients have a positive memorable experience on each visit.
