Creative

The Creative team is responsible for delivering user-focused, intuitive experiences for our online customer.

The team is made up of UX, Campaign and Creative production teams who collaborate to create creative solutions across harrods.com and external digital marketing channels. Working closely with the Trade, Marketing, Content & Editorial and Development teams, our user-driven design approach delivers high-quality creative solutions that engage, enhance and excite.

Understanding the customer, through data gathering, analytics, A/B testing and user testing sessions is key to what we do. A passion for design, mixed with an inquisitive nature and strong problem-solving skills are the inherent qualities we look for.
