As every role at Harrods is different, each directorate has its own set of operating priorities and considerations. Our approach to hybrid, therefore, falls on a spectrum. Depending on your role, you might be fully on-site, or a blend of on-site and remote; ‘Hybrid’.
We believe it is important that people come into the office regularly to connect to each other and to the brand and to collaborate and learn. We also know there are huge productivity benefits for colleagues being able to work remotely too.
