For Black History Month 2025, the R.E.A.D Network proudly delivered our Leaders Panel: Moving Forward Together at Harrods in collaboration with Coutts. This event brought together five exceptional Black leaders who shared their career journeys, lived experiences, and perspectives on leadership and representation.

This ADHD Awareness Month, our Neuroinclusion Network welcomed Alex Partridge to talk about his late ADHD diagnosis, the challenges he overcame, and how he turned those experiences into advocacy. Through open dialogue and lived experiences, we’re fostering understanding and creating a workplace where neurodivergent colleagues feel supported and celebrated 💚

This September, our R.E.A.D Network brought colleagues together for The Wellness Experience, a celebration of culture, community, and wellbeing. 🌸 From Tai Chi and meditation to matcha tastings by SAYURI, calligraphy, wabi-sabi design consultations and mini facials with TATCHA, the evening was a chance to recharge and discover the rich traditions of East and Southeast Asia.

Last week we hosted our very first Network Celebration Evening at Harrods - a night dedicated to recognising and celebrating the incredible work of our eight Belonging Networks. Our Belonging Networks play a crucial role in shaping the future of Harrods. They create connected communities, safe spaces for colleagues to share their experiences, and help us build a workplace where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.

Last week, our Racial Equality and Diversity (R.E.A.D) network hosted Chai & Chat in honour of South Asian Heritage Month. Centered around the theme Roots to Routes, the session sparked meaningful conversations about how our cultural foundations shape the paths we take, both personally and professionally.
