Harrods relies on a multitude of systems that are supported by our in-house infrastructure teams on a 24/7, 365 basis. The teams includes a range of specialisms (from Digital to SAP and System Administration) all ultimately dedicated to delivering exemplary levels of customer service by keeping our vital systems and infrastructure up and running at all times across all sites.
