You have great communication skills and take great pride in encouraging and developing your team to encourage career development and employee satisfaction. As a natural people person, you will excel in establishing strong and long-lasting relationships with your clients. Previous experience in the furniture world is not necessary.

What to expect

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Furniture department. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will coach your team to deliver the Harrods customer service experience and achieve sales targets. Meanwhile, you’ll keep a close eye on our competitors and constantly assess how we can improve our processes.

To be successful you will be a masterful motivator, adapting your style to suit each team member and client. You will also need to be a true people person in order to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.  When set-backs appear, you’ll stay positive, suggesting and implementing swift solutions.
