Bartender

Here at Harrods, we currently house more celebrity chefs, and exclusive dining brands than any other location in the UK. Through our Front of House staff, we drive ourselves and inspire others to always push for more and to create moments of magic for our customers.

We are looking for Bartenders to join our passionate, supportive, and successful Restaurant teams, all within our iconic Knightsbridge store.

About the Role

As a Bartender, you’ll be responsible for maintaining efficient operation at our amazing bars. You’ll do this by ensuring the bar is stocked with all the right ingredients at all times, ensuring your glass wear is polished and ready for use, checking the quality of your fresh ingredients on a daily basis and ensuring your station is clean and tidy throughout service and beyond.

Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work weekends and evenings so full flexibility with your availability is required too. 

About You

You will have worked in a Bartender position previously, understanding the level of service that is expected in a fine dining environment. You will have strong knowledge of different mixing techniques, classic cocktails preparation and bar operation. Being a Bartender for you isn’t just about making and serving fantastic cocktails, it’s about creating exceptionally personalised experiences for our customers. 

You are an excellent communicator and you can motivate your colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the operation maintaining company standards at all times. You have excellent organisational skills, customer service focused and able to work at pace whilst remaining calm and self-assured at all times.
