We are looking for a Beauty Services Manager to lead the teams across all of our beauty services in Harrods. Joining this team means joining the world leader in beauty, at the cutting edge of innovation and above all, it means becoming part of a talented and inspiring team.

About the Role

This role requires you to be highly visible on the shop floor with your teams as well as setting the vision, standards and expectations for your management team. You will be accountable for the delivery of business performance from a sales, service and experience perspective, including all aspects of operational leadership from building high performing teams to creating a sales through service culture.

Reporting into the Beauty Services General Manager, you will have a quarterly plan in place and will always be looking 2-3 months ahead, thinking about what’s coming up, whether that be people resource requirements, stock, space or any other type of resource your area needs to succeed.

You’ll be a role model for working to a customer-led approach; prioritising the customer journey and business objectives whilst working in alignment with Brand Partners and internal business partners, working towards a single vision for trade recovery and unilateral growth.

You will also:

  • Be a role model for exceptional luxury standards and help the team to be creative and engaging in how they set the tone and all standards across the floor.
  • Have an understanding of the beauty customer profiles to identify prospective clients.
  • Have the ability to coach and manage a team of managers.
  • Be experienced in working in a beauty service lead environment.
