Associate Talent Acquisition Partner
We are currently recruiting for a creative and commercially minded Beauty Writer, responsible for bringing luxury beauty stories to life across a leading digital and social portfolio.
About the Role
As Beauty Writer, you will sit within a fast-paced creative studio, producing compelling editorial and functional beauty content that supports both brand storytelling and commercial performance. Working across digital, social and marketing channels, you will craft engaging narratives that inspire customers while remaining trading-focused, on-brand and commercially relevant. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure beauty content remains timely, impactful and aligned with wider business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Writing editorial features for digital platforms, campaigns and brand partnerships, aligned to SEO and commercial priorities
- Creating content for social media channels, including captions, scripts and storyboards across multiple platforms
- Managing beauty email content from brief through to delivery
- Producing and maintaining on-site copy for digital marketing, SEO initiatives and key beauty moments
- Reviewing content performance regularly and optimising output based on customer insight and data
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You
You will be an inventive storyteller with a strong commercial mindset, able to balance creativity with business objectives. You will bring a deep understanding of the beauty industry and luxury consumer behaviour, using insight and performance data to shape effective content. Confident working across multiple projects, you will be comfortable managing deadlines, building strong relationships and representing the beauty function with credibility. You will take pride in maintaining a high standard of writing, accuracy and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
You will also have:
- Proven experience writing beauty or lifestyle content within a commercial or editorial environment
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practice and digital performance metrics
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
