Brand Manager - Victoria Beckham

As a Brand Manager you will represent and be the face of Victoria Beckham as well as providing a complete shopping experience that is unrivalled by our competitors. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to build long-lasting client relationships, improving both sales and service with your knowledge and engaging personality.

Furthermore, your product awareness will also help you to drive business initiatives, ensuring all targets are achieved & exceeded, while maintaining a high level of pride in standards both front and back of house. You will complete weekly trade feedback to internal and external stakeholders to provide insight into brand performance and to ensure the on-going success of the brand.

About you

With a background in customer service, ideally within fashion, you will be comfortable leading by example to keep standards impeccable, while working with a team of Brand Specialists. You might already be a supervisor or an experienced Sales Associate looking to work for an exciting and engaging brand. To be considered for the role, you will need the following:  

• A confident, composed approach.
• Previous experience in customer service and building client relationships.
• A genuine interest and passion for Victoria Beckham and Harrods.
• Self-motivated to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge.
• An out of the box thinking mentality, to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• A strong ability to work within a team.
• Great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
• Comfortable working towards targets both individually and as a team leader.
• Flexibility to work weekends and Harrods opening hours.
