About You

You have a keen eye for detail and are passionate about all things Luxury. Hardworking, self-motivated and conscientious, you use your excellent organisation skills to support your colleagues. You will pride yourself on your approach to building trusted relationships and be able to manage queries from both vendors and internal stakeholders. Meticulous in your approach, you always have the highest of standards in mind. Creative, with a good understanding of Luxury retail and a commercial mindset, you will be aiming to further your career in buying.

What to Expect

As well as supporting the Buyer and Assistant Buyer, on a daily basis you will be processing purchase orders and rapid flow through of stock from the vendor to shop floor ensuring all PO's are confirmed ahead of the new season. You will work closely with the shop floor team and Merchandising to make sure all deliveries are on time and accurate. Liaising with the Replenishment team, you will provide brand stock information to assist with distribution capacity planning and resolve any trouble shipments. You will be responsible for providing weekly trade reports for the department so previous experience with Excel and SAP would be advantageous.
