Our Beauty team are now looking for a Buying Manager to join our prestigious Buying team here at Harrods, specialising in Skincare, Haircare & Brand Discovery.
About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for shaping the future of our beauty offering by sourcing innovative brands, driving commercial success, and curating an exceptional customer experience across all sales channels, including in-store, online, and Hbeauty.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Brand & Product Selection – Sourcing and onboarding exciting new brands, ensuring our portfolio remains innovative and exclusive.
- Commercial Performance – Driving sales, profitability, and brand investment through strategic planning and negotiation.
- Financial & Business Planning – Working closely with stakeholders to set budgets, analyse sales trends, and maximise margin.
- Brand Relations – Developing strong partnerships with brands to ensure Harrods remains at the forefront of the beauty industry.
- Marketing & Promotions – Collaborating with Marketing, PR, and Insights teams to create impactful campaigns.
- Leadership & Development – Inspiring, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of Buyers.
About You
You will be a dynamic and experienced Buying Manager with a strong background in luxury, multi-brand retail—preferably within the beauty industry. You’ll also have a proven track record in buying, a sharp commercial mindset, and the strategic vision to drive innovation and profitability.
You will also have:
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- A keen eye for trends and a passion for brand discovery.
- Leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
