We're looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor (Team Leader) to lead, support and develop our cleaning team within one of the world's most iconic retail environments. You'll play a key role in maintaining exceptional standards across our store while motivating your team to deliver a safe, welcoming and immaculate environment for customers and colleagues every day.

Shift working hours are 1 pm to 9:30 pm, working 5 days over 7, including 1 in every 2 weekends.

About the Role

You'll be an experienced Cleaning Supervisor, Cleaning Team Leader or Facilities Team Leader who enjoys leading people and setting high standards.

You'll bring:

Previous experience supervising or leading a cleaning team.
Experience working in a retail, hospitality, facilities management or commercial environment.
Strong people leadership and communication skills.
A proactive approach and the confidence to make decisions independently.
Good knowledge of cleaning practices, health & safety requirements and safe use of equipment and chemicals.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Flexibility to work the required shift pattern, including alternate weekends.

About You

You will be a strong leader with previous experience as a cleaning supervisor or team leader, ideally in a retail or commercial environment.

Previous experience leading a cleaning team.
Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment and health & safety.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Experience within retail, hospitality, commercial cleaning or facilities environments.
