Concessions Assistant - Beauty

About You
You have a keen eye for detail and are passionate about both Beauty and Luxury product. Hardworking, self-motivated and conscientious, you use your excellent organisation skills to support your colleagues. You will pride yourself on your approach to building trusted relationships and be able to manage queries from both external and internal stakeholders. Meticulous in your approach, you always have the highest of standards in mind. 

What to Expect
As a Concessions Assistant you will assess the performance of the beauty concessions business on a daily basis by analysing performance reports, understanding the return and profitability of each concession and looking for opportunities for improvement and growth. 

It will be up to you to manage all general administration, such as overseeing email correspondence and arranging responses when necessary, supporting the Concession Managers whenever required, as well as taking notes in meetings. 

You will be responsible for the managing the flow of documentation relating to new concession agreements and concession renewals, keeping track of the status throughout, this requires high attention to detail and a good commercial acumen. As you will be creating PowerPoint presentations and trade reports, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint is essential.

This is why having experience in a similar role looking after the beauty category is very advantageous. This role would also be ideal for anyone in an Assistant Buyer role looking to move into looking after Concession brands. We build relationships constantly both internally and externally so great communication skills are key.
