Delivery Services Advisor (Nights)

Our team is now looking for a confident Delivery Service Advisor (Nights) to support the busy dispatch function in Knightsbridge.

Please note this position work shift between the hours of 11pm - 7am (subject to change in peak periods) 5 out of 7 days of the week.

About the Role

Our Knightsbridge based dispatch team are the glue between our sales teams on the store floor and our delivery services globally. The new Delivery Services Advisor will be an integral part of the action, solution and our team.

This role will also include:

• Being responsible for the functionality of customer deliveries from beginning to end.
• Running daily reports to find service failures and identify any issues.
• Responding to any 'open log' queries to escalate and resolve delivery issues.
• Updating customers via email over delivery enquiries.
• Raising logs over missing parcels and find solutions with couriers to retrieve and re-deliver.

About You

To succeed in this role you would ideally have experience in a customer facing role previously and have the passion to provide a seamless customer experience. You are excellent communicator and you can motivate your colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the operation maintaining company standards at all times. You have excellent organisational skills, customer service focused and able to work at pace whilst remaining calm and self-assured at all times.
