E-Commerce Fulfilment Manager

Our Thatcham distribution team has a new and exciting opportunity for an Online Fulfilment Manager to join the expanding team, who will be responsible for the packing operation, ensuring that customer orders are processed and packed in a timely manner and in line with our SLA’s.

About the Role

For this role, you will be responsible for fostering a proactive and inclusive approach to automation challenges and or required order investigations, working together with the online picking Manager to define best practices as well as cross functionality across .com as well as working closely with key stake holders across multiple business verticals. contributing to an improved customer journey.

You will be someone who has a passion for distribution and the drive to provide the level of service excellence that Harrods is renowned for. You should be an individual who is keen to develop and take on additional responsibility and challenges, as well as be able to work flexible hours/days and demonstrate your ability to adapt to the changing demands of the role.
