Executive Assistant

As the vital support for the Director of International Business Development & Communications, you’ll be shifting priorities with calm efficiency, managing an extremely busy diary and building a network of strong relationships across the company to make things happen.

Our Director of International Business Development & Communications will look to you to own their diary and inbox and to liaise with their dynamic team.  No day is the same in our business and as a EA you will enable your Director to challenge the status quo to deliver exciting new projects.  As a EA, you will face off to our senior leadership team and our community of PA’s whilst supporting your Director with their daily delivery.

About you

You’ll have EA experience working at Director level or above. Your skillset is more important to us than the industry you have worked in. You will have:

• Exceptional multi-tasking and prioritising abilities to meet deadlines
• A diplomatic and confident inspiring manner
• Engaging and incisive communication skills
• Flexibility to manage change and provide seamless support
• Ability to produce high quality presentations on behalf of the Digital, Customer and Strategy Director
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent working knowledge and proficiency of the Microsoft suite
