General Retail Manager

As a General Retail Manager, you will spearhead the strategic direction of your division, driving growth and innovation while maintaining our unparalleled standards of excellence. Your leadership will be paramount as you inspire and guide our dedicated teams towards operational excellence, setting clear priorities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

About You

We are seeking a seasoned operational leader with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams. Your visionary approach will be instrumental in expanding our service offerings and maximising commercial opportunities. With autonomy and initiative, you will navigate complexities and chart the course for success in a dynamic retail environment.

You will also:

• Possess exceptional multitasking abilities and the confidence to navigate challenges independently.
• Have emotional intelligence and self-awareness which will enable you to adapt your leadership style to suit the needs of the team and the demands of the operation.
• Have an affinity for data driven decisions.  Your style is to embrace all data and insight as you have the ability and confidence to use this to inform relevant actions
• Commercially astute.  We’re a business built on sales performance.  This role is integral to delivering stretching and exciting sales growth
• Embody integrity and conscientiousness, upholding the highest standards of performance and ethical conduct in every aspect of the role.
