General Store Manager - Glasgow

As a General Store Manager, you will spearhead the strategic direction of your store, driving growth and innovation while maintaining our unparalleled standards of excellence. Your leadership will be paramount as you inspire and guide our dedicated teams towards operational excellence, setting clear priorities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

About You

We are seeking a seasoned operational leader with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams. Your visionary approach will be instrumental in expanding our service offerings and maximising commercial opportunities. With autonomy and initiative, you will navigate complexities and chart the course for success in a dynamic retail environment.
