About you

You love Christmas and spreading the festive joy! You thrive on providing a high level of customer service by taking the time to listen to customer needs and exceeding their expectations. You enjoy communicating with people and are able to work under pressure with the ability to remain resilient and composed whilst having the confidence to handle challenging requests.

What to expect

With Christmas approaching, our store is transformed into a wintery wonderland, including a specially designed Christmas Grotto for our customers to visit. We take pride in welcoming hundreds of guests to this experience every year, and we need a dedicated team of customer service specialists to ensure the smooth running of our festive activities.

With an impeccable telephone manner and strong organisational skills, you will be trusted to manage the Grotto booking system, send email confirmations, and handle special requests and enquiries no matter how big or small.

This is a 37.5 hour FTC until 24th December 2019. You will be fully flexible with working various shift timings, which will include some weekends.
