About You

You will have excellent attention to detail, and have faultless spelling and grammar skills.  You do not have to have worked in retail but we’d love you to demonstrate why you’d want to work with our brand. You will be a hard worker, who is able to work a fast pace, in a professional environment.

What to Expect

  • Working a team of other assistants and an executive, you will be in charge of briefing and debriefing shoppers, answering any of their questions.

  • You will be the first point of contact for the Guest Shoppers and therefore must represent our Harrods Values.

  • You will provide administrative support to the department by ensuring consistent input of information on to the database and accurate communication between the Shoppers, the department and our Retail stakeholders

  • You’ll communicate with the retail team to identify associates
