HARRODS SCHOOL LEAVER PROGRAMME

Intro

About You
You are confident and driven with a passion for luxury retail and providing exceptional customer service. You must be completing your A levels or equivalent in 2020 or have completed them in 2019 and have Grades A*-C in GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.

What to Expect
Starting in September 2020, this 18 month Level 3 apprenticeship has been designed to offer a stepping stone in to a high service selling role.

You will be exposed to different areas of the shop floor, from our World famous Food halls to our high profile International fashion areas, becoming an integral part of our world – class retail theatre along the way.

Attending multiple training courses and mentoring schemes during this programme, we aim to not only develop our delegates into a leading Sales Associate, working towards being a Retail Manager of the future. This is your chance to become a super seller and through tailored coaching, learn everything you need to know to excel on the shop floor. After successfully completing the programme you will be awarded with a L3 Retail Team Leader qualification.
