Head Bartender

Here at Harrods, we currently house more celebrity chefs, and exclusive dining brands than any other location in the UK. Through our Front of House staff, we drive ourselves and inspire others to always push for more and to create moments of magic for our customers.
 
We are now looking for a Head Bartender to join our prestigious team within the Baccarat Bar.
 
 About the Role
 
Reporting into the Bar Manager, the Head Bartender will have a solid understanding of all commercials for the bar operation and is responsible for managing the Bartenders that sit within the Baccarat bar.
 
The Head Bartender will be leading their area of the business and their team in a manner that will ensure that all parties’ expected standards are always maintained delivering a world class bar experience.
 
About You
 
You will have experience working within exceptional world class bars and hospitality environments, working collaboratively with extended members of the bar team to deliver operational excellence. You will have had responsibility for areas such sales, profit, service and standards, marketing, brand awareness, and leadership.
 
You are an excellent communicator with your peers, management and stakeholders alike and have coached and trained members of the team, putting the appropriate frameworks in place to support learning, growth and change. 
 
You will bring with you passion, and knowledge of the hospitality industry and of working with back of house teams to engineer menu development, pulling on latest trends and developments to compliment the consumer experience.
