Host/Hostess - Dining Hall

Here at Harrods, we currently house more celebrity chefs, and exclusive dining brands than any other location in the UK. Through our Front of House staff, we drive ourselves and inspire others to always push for more and to create moments of magic for our customers.

We are looking for Hosts to join our passionate, supportive, and successful Restaurant teams, all within our iconic Knightsbridge store.

About The Role

A service focused role, with a key focus of maximising the customer experience and working within the Host team to ensure excellent service. The role will be essential to ensuring that each customer has a sense of a pleasant journey when they visit our restaurants as well as ensuring that seating and covers are being always maximised.

About You

You may, or may not have hosted in a premium restaurant, but it isn’t essential. You will be confident in carrying out exceptional service, passionate about people, Harrods, and providing world class customer service, going above and beyond to create moments of delight.

More specifically: 

• You are strong customer service focused and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You have great time-management skills.
• You’re cool, calm, collected – and able to think on your feet.
• You’re reliable and work well in a team – pitching in without being asked.
• You appreciate that the little details create lasting impressions.

In joining the Harrods Team, you will receive:

• Hourly salary of up to £16.50 per hour (This is made up of generous base salary plus service charge*)
