Host - PJ Terrace

Harrod’s the world's most famous department store is looking for a Host for our PJ Terrace. This is a service focused role, with a keen eye to maximising the customer experience, ensuring that each customer has a sense of enjoyable journey when they visit our Restaurants.

We are recruiting for Full Time and Part Time roles.

About you

You’ll have a strong track record of hospitality experience, preferably with a prestigious hotel or high-end restaurant. Having a great knowledge and passion for food and drink is essential. You’ll have great time-management skills and a strong customer focus when dealing with both internal and external parties. You will be the face and ambassador of the Restaurant and the first point of contact to the customers. You’ll work with the restaurant team to ensure the delivery of excellent guest services.
