About Harrods at Heathrow Airport

As part of our Heathrow team, you will deliver world‑class customer service in one of the most fast‑paced and dynamic retail environments in the world. You’ll take pride in demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, guiding customers through their purchases, and selecting items that meet their needs.

You will also ensure smooth and efficient sales transactions by confidently using our systems and POS procedures. This is a collaborative team environment where you’ll work closely with colleagues to keep the shop floor running seamlessly, delight customers, and uphold the high standards Harrods is known for.

Please note: due to the airside location, all successful applicants must provide 5 years of satisfactory references and complete a Criminal Record Check to obtain an airside pass. Current processing times for new passes are approximately 3-5 months.
