Are you dedicated to development?

We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to join our Learning & Development team based at our iconic Knightsbridge store.

As a Learning & Development Manager, you will lead your team to ensure we have a comprehensive, fit-for-purpose learning strategy in place to support our key business objectives and develop our employees.  Key activities you will oversee include programme development, leadership development, sales and service training, behavioural and some technical skills development.

With scope to implement a variety of new interventions and techniques, you will manage your team to accurately diagnose learning needs and develop a range of learning solutions, ensuring maximum business engagement and tangible results for the business.

You will need to influence and engage a broad range of business stakeholders, so you will need excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.

To be successful, you must have proven experience of leading and managing teams, creation of innovative blended learning solutions, evaluation and hands on delivery of learning interventions.
