About the Role

The Lifestyle Concierge Executive will directly support the Concierge team with responding to the various requests from our Private Shopping Clientele. The Concierge Executive plays a key role in driving engagement and retaining Harrods most discerning clients.

The key function of this role is to assist with the day to day running of the Lifestyle Concierge service, and to communicate directly with suppliers to facilitate client requests; acting as the conduit between the supplier and the Private Shopping team & client. You will strategically seek out opportunities to optimise the service, through networking within the industry and analysing performance and feedback from the client delivery team and the client. This will enable Harrods to curate exceptional experiences within the luxury market and source highly sought-after and bespoke services and products to Harrods most valued clients, driving engagement to the wider Private Shopping service

About You

You will be required to remain knowledgeable on new openings in the world of hospitality, culture and fine dining, and experiences that we can offer to clients as well as seek to understand the Private Shopping Client portfolio, their needs and desires and cultural preferences to ensure we can provide added value to their shopping experiences.

You will also:

• Have proven experience within a similar role within the luxury industry
• Exceptional customer service focus (both internal and external, stakeholders and clients)
• Strong understanding of the UHNW client and their lifestyle and needs
• Commercially astute and able to spot opportunities to drive trade and performance
• A great communicator who can build relationships with clients from a variety of backgrounds and profiles
• Excellent organisational skills, including the ability and willingness to multi-task to short deadlines
• Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities – ideally you thrive on a shifting landscape
• Self-starting and pro-active, with an ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance
• Calm in a crisis and with an unflappable approach
• Network of contacts in the travel/hospitality and luxury industry to identify and pursue opportunities within the Private Shopping business.
• Good IT literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
