Our Digital Marketing department is seeking a Paid Social Executive. Keen to take the next step in your career, you will work at the forefront of Paid Social campaigns, managing budgets, campaign performance and providing detailed campaign analysis.

About You

You have a passion for data-led decision making and you are comfortable diving into large data sets to find applicable insights for campaign optimisation. You will have experience of paid social across multiple platforms, proficient in using Facebook business manager specifically with exposure to others. You will have experience in setting up Paid Social campaigns from scratch, including bid and budget strategy and be confident in optimizing campaigns though audiences and analysis. Experience of Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager and an insight to the retail industry would be advantageous, a dynamic and quick learner, you will be keen to learn adopt new skills and ways of working, always challenging what is possible and pushing for improvements.

A recognised analyst, hungry to understand the facts behind the numbers, you will be accustomed to generating and leveraging insight from data. Personable and self-motivated, you will be a keen team collaborator, able to work independently and own projects and tasks in this ever changing and fast paced business environment.

What to Expect

As Paid Social Executive you will be integral in briefing creative that is fit for purpose, executing campaigns in a timely manner against a suitable audience, and reporting back on the results. Your channels are increasingly important to find new audiences wherever they are hanging out; your channels should be constantly feeding back audience insights to the business. In this operational role you will create Paid Social media plans and strategies for brands wishing to work in conjunction with Harrods. Integral to our performance you will build, and optimise campaigns as well as analyse campaign performance, outlining opportunities. As a recognised subject matter expert, you will mentor and encourage cross learning with your team, supporting the Digital Marketing Manager for wider Paid Social tasks and ad hoc duties when required.
