Partnerships Planning and Operations Executive

In this role, you’ll manage the optioning and booking process across all media inventory with an effective booking system in place at all times, ensuring all booking are honoured. You’ll work collaboratively with the Digital Strategy team to plan and map all Social, Online and CRM opportunities. You’ll manage flatplans on behalf of the sales team, ensuring all ad pages and inserts are positioned within guarantee and sales team are working to paging and copy deadlines.

You’ll also assist with the digital and in-store advertising programme including but not exclusive to all Online, CRM, Social Media, screen networks and windows. You’ll assist with the development of bespoke opportunities for brand campaigns. In this role you’ll support with the generation and distribution of in-depth sales and performance analysis reports.

You’ll learn the media side of Advantage, continuously developing and implementing improvements to ensure the System is reliable and efficient.

About you.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills to liaise between both the brand and our internal stakeholders to create plans based on the brand’s objective. You must be flexible and willing to adopt and champion all new systems that help improve optioning, flatplanning and order confirmation collection. You’ll have great time management skills and ability to work towards deadlines and targets. You’ll have commercial thinking a strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be numerate and have a good PC literacy (Word, Excel, and preferably SAP). You’ll be a team player and good at working with others to deliver results. You’ll have a good attention to detail and accuracy and ability to multi-task and processing all bookings correctly.
