Harrods Partnerships is looking for a dynamic Strategy and Operations Executive to drive the strategic and commercial growth of our unique Partnerships business, working alongside globally renowned leaders in luxury.
About the Role
As part of our Strategy and Operations team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the inventory strategy here at Harrods. You will lead the planning and identification of key opportunities for income growth and optimisation, creating compelling campaigns with our brand partners. No two days or campaigns will be the same, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment.
You will manage the daily planning of our comprehensive inventory programme, ensuring seamless coordination from inventory availability to campaign completion. Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships is key; you will collaborate with teams including Digital Strategy, Publishing, Visual Merchandising, and Creative Operations, while also fostering excellent client relations with brand partners.
About You
You are a highly organised individual with substantial experience in campaign management or partnerships. Our collective effort towards excellence means you thrive in collaborative environments, leveraging your strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with a wide network of internal and external stakeholders.
You will also:
- Excel in fast-paced environments and adeptly manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have an exceptional eye for detail and a proven ability to establish and meet deadlines.
- Be skilled in negotiating and influencing both internal and external stakeholders, thinking creatively to achieve your goals.
- Be solutions-focused, thriving on troubleshooting and problem-solving as part of your daily tasks.
- Exhibit commercial acumen with a proactive approach and excellent time management skills.
- Possess intermediate-level Excel skills and a passion for the commercial and financial aspects of marketing and partnerships strategy.
