As a Personal Assistant you will be supporting our Chief Finance Officer (CFO); you will provide seamless administrative support and develop a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of the CFO and their role. The Personal Assistant will also actively help to ensure both the smooth running of the CFO’s office, and the Finance Directorate.

About the role

In this role you would be expected to deal with enquiries and requests promptly as well as to communicate in a clear, confident and professional manner at all levels. As a P.A. you will have to be mindful of deadlines and prompts, therefore the use of initiative to solve problems is a must in this role. You will provide vital support for a senior leader in our business, you’ll be shifting priorities with calm efficiency, managing a busy diary and building a network of strong relationships across the company to make things happen.

About you

You will be highly organised and attentive to details, as well as have an exceptional track record in building, leading and supporting teams to achieve success. You will have experience in managing schedules effectively and have an excellent working knowledge of and proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and VisioKey Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

Skills you will also possess:

  • Exceptional multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
  • A diplomatic and confident manner.
  • Engaging and incisive communication skills.
  • Flexibility to manage change and provide seamless support.
  • Project management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Able to deal with all enquiries and requests promptly only escalating when necessary.
  • Work off your own initiative to solve problems without the need to escalate.
  • Able to build and maintain strong working relationships with key contacts within the business.
  • Handling sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
