Hi, I’m Ashley – Resourcing Partner for Buying & Merchandising and Harrods Estates. Day to day you can find me walking the dogs, reading a book or (attempting) to cook up a storm in the kitchen. I began my career in Luxury Beauty halls before pivoting into the Wonderful World of Recruitment! Throughout my career I have truly believed that “people make the world go round” and love to see the magic in the little things - which is why I am proud to work for a brand that’s passion lies in its people. I still vividly remember my first trip to Harrods as a pre-teen, the magic of the emporium & the beautiful array of products wasn’t lost on me – I knew then I wanted a seat at the big green table, it’s funny how things come round 360 degrees right? My favourite part of Harrods is either the Garden Terrace or the Beauty Halls & you can frequently find me in my local H Beauty store in Milton Keynes! We recently marked a significant milestone in our apprenticeship programme by hosting our first-ever Apprenticeship Graduation event, celebrating colleagues who recently completed their apprenticeships. Apprentices from various departments, including Retail, IT, Buying and Merchandising, and Supply Chain, took part in the event. The evening featured speeches, caps and gowns, photography, and the presentation of awards and goodie bags, leaving everyone delighted with the experience.
