About you

Attentive to detail, outcome focused and a passion for serving customers. We are looking for an exceptional Personal Shopping Co-ordinator to join us at Harrods, located within our unique By Appointment department.

As a part of our By Appointment team, you will work closely with our Personal Shoppers to deliver exceptional tailored service to our VIP clients.

As a team player, you will be working alongside the back of house team to ensure a smooth service from start to finish, collaborate with our concierge team to create an unforgettable welcome as well as build relationships with wider retail team to ensure your work becomes as effective as possible.
