We are looking for a Product Catalogue Creation Manager to join our IT team here at Harrods. This role will be responsible for the acquisition and creation of all new data into our Product Catalogue and managing this through a team.

This is a 12-month fixed term position

About the Role

The Product Catalogue Creation Manager is the technical expert and lead when it comes to product data within the onboarding of product data and understanding its impact on Harrods product lifecycle. You will develop a deep understanding of our data and lead the way in delivering continuous improvements with both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities;

·        Align closely with Buying, Merchandising, and Online Trade to understand new launches both in-store and online, to plan and ensure business needs are met within product create timelines

·        Support the Product Catalogue Operation Manager with defining and putting into action the Product Catalogue Operations strategy

·        Reactively manage workload and resourcing of Product Catalogue Creation Administrators daily and intraday, to allocate and prioritise activities and deliverables to drive SLA.

·        Identify opportunities, design and execute process and system improvements in support of streamlined, effective operations and increased KPI performance.

·        Prepare and distribute weekly reporting to stakeholders on team performance, and other adhoc reporting as required

About You

You are a people leader with a strong track record of managing teams, driving productivity, delivering against quality metrics, and fostering high levels of engagement. You have proven experience in queue and workflow management, volume-driven resourcing, and building effective relationships with suppliers, brands, and third-party stakeholders to influence change and deliver continuous improvement. Experience with SAP Retail, particularly Materials Management, as well as data syndication platforms, is advantageous.

You thrive in fast-paced environments and can confidently prioritise workloads, make day-to-day decisions, and manage multiple onboarding projects with minimal supervision. A natural influencer, you are skilled at driving impact and implementing change, even without direct authority, while remaining resilient and adaptable when navigating complexity and ambiguity. Results-driven and highly collaborative, you build strong relationships across functions, levels, and cultures, with experience in e-commerce, product catalogue management, supply chain operations, or multinational environments being highly valued.
