We are recruiting for a Project Manager to join our Business Experience division.
As a Project Manager, you will manage and oversee the smooth running of several briefs at one time from initial concept, through the creative process, to the end product. They will work with multiple internal teams and stakeholders throughout the business to ensure outputs across the four channels have a cohesive message and creative is in-line with the business direction. The role also has traffic and resource management responsibility for the creative teams who work within these channels.
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
About the Role
The Project Manager will be the central point of contact for all email, SMS and push notification requests from the business and external brands, as well as delivering BAU emails and weekly .com editorial stories.
You will be responsible for managing the BAU email briefing process which consists of six weekly sends and an additional two monthly sends. You will also create and manage project schedules for all briefs which fall under the roles channel remits. You will oversee all approval stages with both internal and external stakeholders for all briefs mainly using our internal approval platform, Proof HQ.
Your duties will also include:
- Taking full ownership and responsibility of multiple Trello boards ensuring that the numerous fields and time tracking are completed correctly across internal teams to assist with internal reporting and project monitoring.
- Taking responsibility for resource and traffic management of your projects within the creative team.
- Forward planning resource to identify when we are over capacity so expectations of senior stakeholders can be managed.
- Planning, booking and managing freelance support when needed.
- Being a key contributor in daily team stand-ups and weekly Project Managers meetings to share and update on project status.
- Uploading and house-keeping of the DAM system for all email content.
About You
The ideal candidate must have very strong organisational skills as well as show strong integrity, energy and enthusiasm to multitask while also being able to motivate, inspire and lead others to work in a collaborative way – experience in managing work flow, with an operational focus.
We are looking for someone with a clear understanding of the business direction, able to ask the right questions and guide projects to meet the business objectives. You will need to be firm yet fair in all situations and understand the changing environment. You will have the ability to manage the day-to-day with being able to plan and forecast longer term is essential in this role.
Our future Project Manager will also:
- Be able to multi-task comfortably and delivery numerous projects across multiple channels on time and meeting business objectives.
- Sustain a positive outlook and stay calm under pressure.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders from across the business.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Have working knowledge of Trello.
