Project Manager

About the Role

As Project Manager dedicated to Restaurant and Kitchens , you will lead all management planning, coordination and project controls for all Restaurant concepts and new openings as well as refurbishment initiatives within Harrods. You will play an integral role to the success of our Restaurants and Kitchens business, reporting to the General Manager and working closely with our Store Development, IT, Operations and projects teams.

About You 

We are looking for an experienced restaurant project manager who will be responsible for the management and delivery of the strategic plan for the redevelopment of Harrods Restaurants. More specifically;

• Experience of restaurants and kitchens is essential, you’ll need experience of pre-opening and project planning as an informed liaison.
• You will need strong time management skills to ensure all project objectives are delivered in a timely manner. 
• Strong financial management skills are also key as you will need to adhere to set budgets.
• You will display flexibility and an ability to adapt to changing priorities. 
• You will need to be able to report on the status of various projects, evaluate performance against the project plan and take corrective action when performance is threatened.
• You’ll be adept to bringing people together to deliver on projects, a natural motivator with the ability to anticipate challenges and plan solutions to ensure a smooth delivery.
