We are looking for a Restaurant Events Sales Executive to join a passionate, supportive and passionate Restaurant Events team here at Harrods.
About the Role
As Restaurant Events Sales Executive, your primary role will include supporting the team in all selling and client management activity, providing support in all events across Harrods' restaurants and bars without being limited to internal brand events, groups, experiences and tour bookings.
In this role, you’ll ensure that every detail of each enquiry has been accurately provided, following established standards and procedures; you’ll demonstrate good knowledge of both offline and online platforms, restaurant rate cards and offerings. The Restaurant Events Sales Executive will be required to assist during Restaurant events and build relationships with stakeholders that are key to the Restaurant Events Department.
About You
You’ll have experience within events as well as proactive and reactive sales with sound knowledge of event operations & logistics within the restaurant and hospitality sector. You’ll be a keen networker who enjoys meeting new people and fearless in your approach.
More specifically, you will also have:
- Meticulous administrational and sales skills.
- Good attention to detail which will be evident through paperwork completed, organisation of department and accurate reporting.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task.
- Excellent organisational skills with a clear understanding of logistics and running events from an operational viewpoint.
- Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Good PC and software literacy (Word, Excel, Sevenrooms, OpenScape and more)
