Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join one of our exclusive outlets here at Harrods. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our dynamic team and uphold the highest standards of hospitality and operations, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable impression and a good reason to come back for more.  

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Restaurant Manager will have full oversight of all commercial and operational aspects of the restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for driving performance, managing the team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

As Restaurant Manager, you will lead the team in delivering operational excellence and maintaining the highest standards across all areas of service. You’ll be accountable for consistently achieving and maximising sales and profit targets, while creating a world-class dining experience for every guest.

About You

You will bring strong, demonstrable experience of leading in exceptional restaurant environments, with full accountability across all aspects of the operation—including sales and profitability, service standards, team leadership, and restaurant marketing. Having great experience working within a high volume, high-end restaurant environment would be advantageous

You will also:

• Have passion, enthusiasm, and knowledge of the hospitality industry

• Be an excellent communicator; with customers, operational teams, management and all other stakeholders, gaining trust and confidence

• Have a proven track record of leading and coaching your teams to deliver

• Have experience of owning and delivering on long-term strategic vision and capability of a restaurant, in line with growth and change (implementing appropriate frameworks where needed)
