Hello, I'm Lucy. I’m a Talent Acquisition Partner at Harrods, supporting mid- to senior-level hiring across Restaurants and Kitchens, Customer Service, Security, Retail Projects, and specialist categories such as Home, Furniture, and Technology.

I work closely with each team to understand what excellence means to them and shape talent strategies that bring that vision to life. Whether launching a new concept or growing an established team, I focus on providing a service that’s thoughtful, tailored, and genuinely human.
