About the role

Here, at Harrods, we ask our people to believe that anything is possible, to break down conventional views, and to turn delivery into an art form. We are now looking for a customer service focused, passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our world famous Harrods Tea Rooms.

Widely regarded as one of London’s finest tea-room experiences, where sophistication and glamour collide. Harrods Tea Rooms boasts beautiful décor, opulent furnishings, and a live pianist to compliment an indulgent and sophisticated menu where there is something for everyone.

Our Front of House team are calm, measured and go above and beyond for all guests to ensure this stunning setting is the venue of choice for a truly unforgettable experience.

About You

You will come from a hospitality background from a high end restaurant or prestigious hotel, with strong experience of working with, developing and leading teams around you to ensure service and standards are upheld at all times. You are also fully flexible in your approach understanding the needs of the business and the team and adapting appropriately.

You are a people person, both internally and externally with an obvious passion for customer service and ensuring guests feel like the only ones in the room.

Alongside strong people skills, you have business acumen and can confidently deliver on profit targets and restaurant sales, and KPI’s which is something you have a proven track record of.

You embody the brand and values which comes out in how you communicate with all of those around you and act as an Ambassador at all times.

• The Restaurant Manager position offers a salary package of up to £60,000 per annum* (this is made up of a generous base salary plus service charge)

*The amount you receive will vary and is not guaranteed by either Harrods Ltd or the Troncmaster. However, the Troncmaster will always distribute 100% funds available each period according to the Rules, a copy of which will be provided to all members.

All staff in the Front of House team share the funds equally between members based on the number of hours worked including approved annual leave.
