What to Expect
This role is based in our Knightsbridge store As a Retail Services Associate you will be ensuring that you are providing an exceptional service to our customers that leave their belongings with us whilst they shop. You will also ensure that you leave a lasting impression with them once they are ready to collect their belongings at the end of their visit to Harrods. You will need to be very organised, have a strong eye for detail and have a passion for providing a memorable customer experience. This role is part time, at 24 hours a week (4 days of the week).
