Safe Deposit Associate

We have an exciting opportunity for a Safe Deposit Associate to join our Safe Deposit team here at Harrods. Your role is to provide an exceptional level of service in a discreet luxury environment. Ensuring the customers’ needs are exceeded to the best of our ability

About the Role

The Safe Deposit Associate will work with within a team with your main tasks beinggranting customers access to their Safe Deposit facility, completing applications with potentialcustomers, carrying out customer due diligence for potential customers and obtaining outstanding payments from clients. Your responsibilities will also include, engaging with clients and building their trust in the Harrods brand on a day-to-day basis

Job Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients to ensure they have trust in our service and the Harrods Brand
• Carry out due diligence on customers and using a risk-based approach, complete a comprehensive due diligence document for the business to review.
• Assist with day to administrative tasks such as producing invoices and answer customer telephone queries
• Deliver world class bespoke service to each individual client, ensuring their requirements are at the heart of everything we do

About You

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties while always being professional. It is important that you have Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as excellent time-management skills with the ability to balance.

You will also have the following;

• Ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance.
• Good PC literacy (Microsoft Office essential)
