About You

You are personable and engaging and will maintain a positive outlook even in the most challenging situations. You will be able to multi-task in high-pressured situations, whilst maintaining a good work ethic in our slower periods. 

Effective and efficient, you will continually aim to meet and exceed all KPIs and targets, as well as keep an eagle eye on stock levels and trade reports to ensure the smooth daily running of the department. 

Using your clienteling experience, you nurture long term relationships, quickly establishing an impressive client book, you will initiate and maintain regular customer communication.

It would be desirable if you have a luxury high fashion background or furniture background.

What to Expect

Baxter is a High-end, Italian bespoke furniture brand and the role will be based on strong client relationship building and the sale process can take some time, the brand provides training sessions to all new starters with an opportunity to visit their factories and flagship stores in their country of origin. We are looking for enthusiastic salespeople.
