Sales Associate FTC - H Café - Henley

We’re very excited to be opening our first Harrods stand-alone café destination outside our Knightsbridge home. H Café, is due to open in Henley in October and will bring the Harrods café experience to our customers, offering a delicious menu of dine in and dine out options.  Located in Market Place, the H Café will also operate as a lifestyle destination; showcasing a curated range of gifting options across food, drink and home accessories.

This new destination will deliver a more flexible experience to our customers and this new approach to luxury retailing will provide them the opportunity to have orders from Harrods.com, delivered and returned to H Café via click and reserve.

We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to join the team on a Fixed Term contract until the end of January 2020. You will be playing a key role in our mission to bring moments of delight to our customers by delivering exceptional service in our retail and Click & Reserve areas.

You will be fully flexible working 39 hours per week (including weekends) and ideally have experience working in retail. Most of all, you will have bags of energy, personality and willingness to learn.

Your responsibilities:

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all products; use this information to meet the needs of the customer.
• Increase sales by selecting products to meet customer requirements whilst highlighting the features & benefits of the product and by offering related products wherever appropriate.
• Have a full and comprehensive knowledge of the Click and Reserve function and understand fully each element of the process
• Be fully flexible and work across all aspects of the Café operations and functions as required.
