Harrods at Gatwick Airport incorporates all the glamour and luxury of our Knightsbridge store and the energy and excitement of the terminal.
As a Sales Associate you will add memorable moments of delight to the customers as they peruse our Harrods store at Gatwick. You’ll add your retail experience to our airport location to create an unforgettable experience for visitors from all over the world
This is a full-time position of 38 hours per week, working on a 4 days on, 2 days off shift pattern. Shifts are either 3.30am-11.30am, 11.30am-8pm or 4am-12.30pm or 12.30pm-8pm. You will have 2 early shifts, 2 late shifts then 2 days off. Therefore, preference will be given to candidates who live locally to the airport.
Please note, due to the location of this role, all successful applicants will need to provide satisfactory references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check to obtain an airside pass, which can take approximately 2 months. Further details regarding timeframes will be provided at interview stage.

About the role
You’ll be responsible for providing a world-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and Harrods brand.

About you
An understanding of excellent customer service gained from previous work experience is key. This may, or may not have been gained from experience within a retail environment, we are open to other career backgrounds and we can invest in your development to fill in some of the gaps and give you the tools needed to succeed. We are looking for a passion for people, Harrods, and providing world class customer service, going above and beyond to create moments of delight.
