Senior Bartender - Dining Hall

We are now looking for a Senior Bartender to join the team for this exclusive partnership.

About The Role

Reporting into the Restaurant Manager, the Senior Bartender will have a solid understanding of all commercials for the bar operation and is responsible for managing the bartenders that sit within Masa’s amazing bar.

 
The Senior Bartender will be leading their area of the business and their team in a manner that will ensure that all parties’ expected standards are always maintained delivering a world class bar experience.

About You

You will have solid experience of working within exceptional and/or world class bar/hospitality environments, working collaboratively with extended members of the bar team to deliver operational excellence. You will have had responsibility for areas such sales and profit, service and standards, marketing and brand awareness, and leadership.

You are an excellent communicator with your peers, management and stakeholders alike and have coached and trained members of the team , putting the appropriate frameworks in place to support learning, growth and change. You will be the voice of the bar team and are able to articulate this appropriately. 
You will bring with you passion, and knowledge of the bar industry and of working with back of house teams to engineer menu development, pulling on latest trends and developments to compliment the consumer experience.
