Senior Business Analyst

We are recruiting a Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis team. This role will act as a subject matter expert across all business areas and business processes; responsible for understanding end to end business processes across the majority of business capabilities.

About You

You will be passionate about business analysis, coupled with the ability to work under pressure and a passion and hunger to continuously improve.  You are focused on supporting the delivery of business value, not just within a project lifecycle, but before and after.

You will be an experienced Business Analyst, with understanding and insight of the retail industry, You will have had exposure delivering solutions and developing business processes across departments such as dispatch and supply chain operations, merchandising, digital ecommerce and technologies that support the customer journey and experience. Be that instore or online. You’ll be accustomed to working on projects for new business initiatives as well as continuous improvement and be a credible subject matter expert seeking an exciting and dynamic next step for your career.

What to expect

You will be part of a team of Business Analysts defining and maintaining business processes and functions to be supported by a range of Harrods applications. You will be part of a team responsible for delivering a consistent, clear and detailed set of business requirements for Information Technology projects and programmes, analysing and documenting business requirements for key processes and producing clear, accurate, agreed documentation.

You will develop plans and proposals for the steps to be taken (including technology selection/ development) to realise the business requirements and at the same time develop, support and improve existing standards for Business Analysis processes and deliverables.

With a keen eye for detail you will be able to work effectively and get things done in a dynamic environment whilst managing multiple priorities. You will have excellent analytical and communication skills in both written and oral form. These are essential as you and your team collect, analyse, understand, challenge, champion and communicate the agreed interrelated business requirements for multiple projects across a complex programme of work.
