We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our passionate, supportive, and successful Restaurant teams, all within our iconic Knightsbridge store.

About the Role  

Reporting into the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant waiting teams, ensuring it’s smooth running and going above and beyond for everyone who attends.  

You’ll be responsible for helping the business and the team in a manner that will ensure that all parties’ expected standards are maintained at all times. The role will have a huge focus on operational excellence by delivering a world class restaurant experience.  

About You  

You will have previous experience of working within world leading, and/or exceptional dining environments managing waiting teams, operating at the highest standard and embedding the right frameworks and training opportunities to enable success through your teams.   

You will bring with you a passion and enthusiasm for working within hospitality and you demonstrate this through your communication – you lead by example.   

You also understand and undertake day to day operational expectations around H&S, NPS, wastage maintenance and reporting, staff coverage, cash handling procedures and be able to Identify & create sales activity for your team through the implementation of upselling programs and incentives.

In joining the Harrods Team, you will receive:  

• A competitive salary up to £17ph (this is made up of a generous base salary plus service charge*) 
• Set contracted hours: Full time role, 42 hours, 5 days a week – paid additional working hours at an overtime rate of 1.5 p/h
