Supply Planning Co-Ordinator

About the Role

As a Supply Planning Coordinator, your focus will be to support the implementation of our Supplier Engagement Strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the day-to-day performance of our digital freight forwarder, monitoring lead times against agreed SLAs for all modes of transport proactively addressing or escalating any operational challenges that arise with all key stakeholders.

•Building collaborative working relationships with all Merchandising teams & key suppliers across  Fashion and General Merchandise categories to ensure suppliers are both on-boarded onto our supplier portal, and delivery schedules are regularly received and updated to drive forecast accuracy and support resource and capacity planning for our distribution centre.

About You

You will be able to work flexible hours/days and demonstrate the ability to adapt to the changing demands of the role. You will be able to deputise for the Supply Chain Planning Assistant Manager when required and be available to travel occasionally to the Distribution Centre in Thatcham.
